Your mission

Take the lead and accelerate our agencies’ transition from a consultancy-focused organization into a product-led business by capturing our industry knowledge into scalable, high-impact SaaS data products. An exciting new phase after six years of successfully delivering BI consultancy projects mainly in the maritime and logistics industry.

You’ll lay the groundwork for our product organization, from strategy and structure to delivery and scale. You’ll act as the bridge between consultancy and product, business and tech, vision and execution. This is a hands-on, multidisciplinary role for someone who wants to build, shape, and own.

Responsibilities you are looking for

  • Define the product proposition and roadmap for our maritime data products.

  • Develop pricing models, commercial terms, onboarding flows, and support processes.

  • Guide the transformation of our organization toward product-driven ways of working.

  • Monitor product profitability, track financial forecasts, and contribute to P&L management.

  • Work closely with sales, development, and leadership teams to align priorities.

  • Travel to customer terminals for research, validation, and feedback.

  • Take on Product Owner responsibilities in the first 1–2 years to drive execution.

Job requirements

What you bring

  • Min 3–5 years of experience in product management of technical or data-driven products.

  • Strong financial acumen confident in managing budgets, costs, and business cases.

  • Able to work independently in an environment with limited mentoring or senior product peers.

  • Comfortable with deep research and content-heavy discovery work.

  • Proven Product Owner skills like: User Journey Mapping, building roadmaps, defining epics, features and user stories. Especially valuable in early product development phases.

  • Strong analytical skills and a data-informed mindset.

  • Skilled at translating between business goals and technical requirements.

A natural collaborator, used to working across multidisciplinary teams.


Very nice to have’s

  • Experience developing new business models or launching products from scratch.

  • Affinity with business intelligence (BI), data platforms, or data products.

  • Familiarity with the logistics or maritime sector is a significant plus.

  • Followed courses like product management, PO, Scrum, design thinking, business analysis/research would be nice.

2. Deep dive: show us your work

In the first interview, you'll talk to two senior team members. You'll go in-depth about the work you did and how you solved challenges. We also would like to see some of your work and walk through your way of working. If you come to the office, you can meet the team as well.

3. Co-founder interview
In this second interview you will meet with one of the founders to gather with our Delivery Manager in a remote call. You will talk about the work you would like to do, the roles you are looking for and your future ambitions. Obviously, you can ask all your questions.
4. You get an offer

Nice! step 4 means we both made it to the very last stage. Here we already strive to cooperate with each other, and we'll go through the offer.

5. We drink champagne!
We'll invite the whole team on a call to celebrate you signing your contract. With champagne of course!
