How we work in teams
At All Your BI we are one team.
All working in smaller circles (teams) around client projects and specific goals. For example client projects, internal development projects, improvement projects, or marketing & hiring goals. Teams can be created, changed, and dissolved. They are multidisciplinary and a way to create value for our business. You will work in many different teams. Often in 2 to 4 teams at the same time, sometimes just in one. Also very much up to what you are looking for and what you can contribute to projects.
Developers vs Consultants
What we mean when we use these words.
BI Developers
Our BI Developers are responsabile for the whole technical part of projects. From extracting data up till the data model. They design & build the fundament that our BI Consultants use to shine with amazing dashboards and analsys.
BI Consultants
Our BI Consultants are responsible for project delivery, happy clients and business consulting. They dive deep into our customers challenges, build project roadmaps, epic dashboards, consult based on the data and make sure every promise gets deliverd on time and on budget.
Clubhouse
Yeah lets not forget those folks! At our clubhouse we have our Community Managers, Marketeers, Hiring pro's and Finance. They work on the succes of Al Your BI. They are the linking pin in the organisation, make sure developers and consultants can focus on their projects and organise epic events.
Remote working & culture
We have no mandatory office days. And people working in 7 different countries. We believe that you can best, as a professional, decide where you are the most productive. At home, the office, the beach, or a combination of those. However, we are not 100% fully remote.
First of all, consultants sometimes need to go to clients. Or the teams that you work in, often meet during certain hours. So depending on your roles and projects, you can or can not work fully remote or anywhere in the world.
Our team culture, which often feels close to friendships, is one of our biggest assets. And we treat it that way. That means we stimulate team activities, online game nights, events at the office or at our local pub and team outings with overnight stays. We also organize quarterly team events in the Netherlands that are mandatory, for everyone. Those are the day that we all come together, and talk about our club's progress, future, and priorities.
