Yes. We are remote-friendly and it’s up to you whether you prefer to work onsite in one of our locations or feel more comfortable having a home office. However, you will need to be present 4x year at quarterly club sessions.

A cooperative has members who jointly own the company. That means you have an official say in our strategy and share in the profits.

In ourcooperative structure, you do work as an employee and you do not bear any entrepreneurial risk.
We do end-to-end BI projects to upgrade our clients from an Excel culture to a Self-Service BI environment and to facilitate predictive analytics with ML and AI.
The larger part of our work consists of building customised BI solutions from beginning to end. We also focus on the maintenance and continued development of BI environments. Finally, we provide in-house BI training to Finance & BI teams and to C level.
We are fully focused on project work for the simple reason that we like it better. Lots of variety, awesome jobs, working with our team, being involved from beginning to end, the opportunity to provide input & ideas and to achieve value for the client quickly. Project work makes us happy!
Around 90% of our work is project work. If we do outsourcing work it will be for a job where we can really make a difference. But...we’ll do it our way: as a team. We don’t provide one ‘muppet’ to the client, we complete the job with a range of people. Teamwork in other words.
Good to know: outsourcing really is a choice and it's not compulsory. You decide whether you want to do it or not.
