Job description

Maybe you call yourself a Recruiter. Maybe a Talent Acquisition Partner. Whatever the title, if you love finding great people, partnering with hiring managers, and continuously improving how hiring works, we'd love to meet you.

This role is part of our People & Culture Circle and combines hands-on recruitment with building a better hiring experience as AYBI continues to grow.

What you get

  • A salary between €4,800–€5,500/gross monthly, based on the role, your experience, and your local market.

  • €5,000 a year for your own growth, with a real say in how you spend it.

  • 25 vacation days + the option to buy up to 10 more + local public holidays + the option of a sabbatical up to 4 months.

  • Two trips abroad a year with the whole team + occasional drinks and team outings.

  • €500 home-office budget and a great laptop.

  • A well-earned "Hey, well done Buddy!", so now and then.

  • Fully remote, from anywhere in the Netherlands. We bring the whole team together in person a few times a year; the rest of your week is yours to shape.

Benefits across the EU: the perks above are AYBI's and go to everyone, everywhere. Statutory benefits (pension, health, social security, leave, sick pay, notice) follow the hire's country via their local contract or EOR.

About us

All Your BI is a remote-first data agency based in Rotterdam. Since 2019 we've grown from a boutique consultancy into an international data team of more than 60 data heroes spread across Europe. We deliver managed BI services for logistics and industrial companies, helping reduce data waste and move businesses forward. We live for the WOW moment, that sparkle in users' eyes when they gain new insights and discover opportunities. We work according to Holacracy: little hierarchy, lots of ownership. Serious work. Serious fun.

What the job looks like

As AYBI continues to grow, we're moving from reactive hiring towards proactive talent planning. As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll own the complete hiring journey across Data, AI, Product and Commercial roles while helping us continuously improve how we attract, hire and onboard great people. Success in this role means hiring great people, building trusted relationships with hiring managers, creating an excellent candidate experience, and helping us make smarter hiring decisions over time.

  • Own the full hiring journey from role definition to signed offer.

  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and advise throughout the recruitment process.

  • Source, attract and assess exceptional talent across Data, AI, Product and Commercial functions.

  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from first conversation through offer acceptance.

  • Support a smooth transition from candidate to new colleague by partnering with People Operations and hiring managers during onboarding.

  • Work with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to anticipate future hiring needs through talent reviews and workforce planning.

  • Use insights from the Dutch and European talent market to improve hiring decisions.

  • Build trusted relationships with hiring managers by challenging, advising and partnering with them throughout the hiring journey.

  • Help us further reduce our dependency on external agencies by strengthening our internal recruitment capability.

  • Improve recruitment processes, candidate experience and employer branding.

  • Thrive in a self-managed organisation where taking ownership and improving how we work is simply part of the job.

  • As AYBI evolves, your path can expand into areas such as HR Business Partnering, Talent Management or broader People & Culture initiatives, depending on your interests, strengths and the company's needs.

Job requirements

What you bring

  • Recruitment expertise: Solid experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, ideally within technology, data, AI or consulting. Proven experience hiring technical profiles, with a strong understanding of Data, AI and BI roles.

  • Stakeholder partnering: Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to advise and challenge hiring managers throughout the hiring process.

  • Data-driven approach: A structured, data-driven mindset, using insights and planning to make better hiring decisions rather than simply reacting to vacancies.

  • Ways of working: Comfortable working autonomously in a self-managed organisation where ownership, initiative and continuous improvement are expected.

  • Communication: Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Nice to have: Experience with workforce planning, strategic staffing or talent management; employer branding and candidate experience initiatives; and proficiency in one or more additional European languages.

We're 60+ data heroes across Europe, and we hire to widen that mix, not narrow it. What matters is what you can do and the perspective you bring, not your age, gender, ethnicity, orientation, disability, background, or where you studied. If the role excites you and you bring most of it, apply: the people who add the most rarely tick every box.
