Responsibilities you are looking for

  • Build and optimize scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes using Azure services to support and BI dashboards.

  • Develop and maintain data models that integrate with Power BI to enable self-service analytics and insights.

  • Ensure data quality, scalability, and governance using Microsoft-native to monitor performance.

  • Leverage Snowflake and Azure technologies (dbt, Spark, Apache Iceberg) to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and meet SLAs.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to align technical solutions.

Job requirements

What you bring

  • 5+ years of Data engineering experience .

  • Expertise with Microsoft Azure stack (ADF, Synapse, SQL, Power BI, Databricks).

  • Experience with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)

  • Proficient SQL skills ,people may even call you a genius with it.

  • End-to-end data flow experience: from modeling to pipelines, from reporting to governance.

  • Strong communication skills to share insights with both technical and non-technical colleagues.

    Must haves

  • Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

  • Proven knowledge of Snowflake and ability to leverage it.

  • Proven ability to own projects end-to-end, from requirements gathering to solution delivery.

  • Ability to deliver reliable, scalable, and high-performance data solutions that support both structured and unstructured data

    Nice-to haves

  • Trusted with leadership responsibilities.

  • Knowledge of DataOps/DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, monitoring).

  • Experience with BI/visualization tools

  • Cloud or data certifications ( Snowflake SnowPro Core, Azure Data Engineer Associate etc)

Our hiring procedure:
1. Our team checks your application.

Our team (the recruiter together with the hiring team) will evaluate your application on experience, stack and motivation. If we have any questions left, a team member will contact you.

2. Deep dive: show us your work

In the first interview, you'll talk to two senior team members. You'll go in-depth about the work you did and how you solved challenges. We also would like to see some of your work and walk through your way of working. If you come to the office, you can meet the team as well.

3. Co-founder interview
In this second interview you will meet with one of the founders to gather with our Delivery Manager in a remote call. You will talk about the work you would like to do, the roles you are looking for and your future ambitions. Obviously, you can ask all your questions.
4. You get an offer

Nice! step 4 means we both made it to the very last stage. Here we already strive to cooperate with each other, and we'll go through the offer.

5. We drink champagne!
We'll invite the whole team on a call to celebrate you signing your contract. With champagne of course!
