About The Role

As we shift from consultancy to product-led, remote-first organization, your role as the People & Culture Lead is shaping All Your BI's future, culture, community, and holacractic operating system. As part of the Strategy Anchor Team, this position contributes to AYBI’s long‑term direction from a people’s perspective, ensuring that structural, strategic, and cultural decisions support our next chapter. To achieve this mission together, you’ll partner with various leads across People & Culture, Delivery, Finance and Sales.

Responsibilities you are looking for

  • Designing a scalable People’s strategy that supports AYBI’s Holacracy operating system, talent strategy, culture, community, and future work.

  • Collaborating with the strategy anchor team to drive alignment and shape effective ways of working across our remote-first, global organization.

  • Leading workforce planning by defining the roles and skills, AYBI needs to grow and scale for an international product-led company.

  • Designing scalable people systems that improve performance management, career leveling, and learning & development.

  • Supporting and guiding Circle leads to envisioning the future of their teams, evolve structures, and create growth paths for every hero.

  • Co-create people policies, clarity frameworks, compensation guidelines, and practices that support autonomy and fairness.

  • A salary between EUR 5000 - 7000 per month + part of the cooperation + profit sharing + pension.

Job requirements

  • 7+ years of P&C experience in fast‑growing scale ups data-focused and tech product-oriented environments.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with senior leadership influencing strategic decisions, development with organizational goals.

  • Ability to map future skills and capabilities required for product-led growth.

  • Ability to design systems; performance management, leveling, and frameworks from scratch.

  • Ability to translate business direction into clear people priorities, OKRs, and long-term capability building.

  • Affinity of 3+ years coaching team leads and driving cross-circle alignment, and growth paths.

Our hiring procedure:

  1. Recruiter Interview (45 min)

The recruiter assesses candidate’s motivation, ways of working, communication, interpersonal skills, job fit, and role clarity. Candidates who demonstrate strong alignment and fit during the recruiter interview are invited to complete a deep- dive assignment.

2.Deep dive assessment (1 hour)

In the second interview, you’ll meet with 2 senior team members. You’ll discuss your previous work and how you’ve handled challenges. We’d also like to see an example of your work and talk about your approach.

3.Cultural Interview (1 hour)

The cultural interview is assessed by 2 team members who examines how candidates demonstrate AYBI’s values in real situations e.g. working with stakeholders, projects, and collaborating with colleagues, and how well you would operate within AYBI’s holacracy operating system.

4.Leadership / Co-Founder Interview (1 hour)

In this stage, leaders conducts an interview with you to understand how your  work competencies, capabilities and values fit with AYBI’s culture, and core values.
