Founded in 2019, we help organizations turn data into a competitive advantage through scalable infrastructure, smart strategy, and performance-driven solutions. Our team partners closely with clients especially in logistics and container terminals to deliver BI systems that enable smarter decisions and lasting impact.
What do we offer?
A salary between EUR 3,000 -4,000 per month + profit sharing + pension + 5,000 annual level-up budget + 8% holiday allowance+ 25 holidays

Your mission
As Business Controller, your mission is to deliver clear, timely, and forward-looking insights that safeguard financial integrity while unlocking opportunities for performance improvement and long-term value creation. In this strategic role, you leverage accurate financial data and analysis to make confident decisions that drive the business forward. You play a pivotal part in shaping financial planning, elevating reporting standards, and streamlining operations through automation. By combining deep financial expertise with a strong command of business intelligence, you empower smarter decision-making and foster sustainable growth across the organization.
Responsibilities you are looking for
Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and KPIs that align with business goals.
Deliver timely financial and management reports with clear insights for decision-making.
Enhance reporting speed and quality through automation and BI tools.
Strengthen financial processes, controls, and compliance standards.
Partner with business units to connect financial results with operational performance.
Provide strategic analysis to support investments, pricing, and growth initiatives.
Job requirements
What you bring
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (Controlling certification preferred).
3-5 years of relevant work experience in business control, FP&A, or financial analysis within an international or fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of financial modelling, budgeting, and reporting.
Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and advanced Excel skills.
Proven track record in process optimization, automation, and driving efficiency.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate financial data into business insights.
Fluency in Dutch and English.
Our hiring procedure:
1. Introductory call.
In the first call, our recruiter learn about your story; motivation, and experience, to check a potential match to All Your BI.
2. Deep dive: show us your work
In this meeting, you'll talk to two senior team members. We want to see your practical insights and logic by giving you a task related to what you’ll do in the position You'll go in-depth about the work you did and how you solved challenges.
3. Co-founder interview
Here you will meet with one of the founders in a remote call or face-to- face before a potential decision and offer stage.
You will talk about the work you would like to do, the roles you are looking for and your future ambitions. Obviously, you can ask all your questions.
4. You get an offer
Nice! step 4 means we both made it to the very last stage. Here we already strive to cooperate with each other, and we'll go through the offer.
