Calling all Delivery / Implementation Project Manager !
We’re looking for an IT Project Manager to bring structure and oversight to our growing Data Implementation Program in our Logistics and Maritime sector. With implementations in scope via several projects running in parallel, you’ll make sure planning, timelines, and communication are aligned so teams can deliver effectively.

About the role
With 20+ terminals, 6 sub-circles, and multiple projects running in parallel, we need someone who can connect the dots. You’ll work alongside Product Owners and developers, bringing the structure, clarity, and oversight needed to keep things moving tightening schedules, managing risks, streamlining communication, and ensuring delivery stays on track and delivers real value.

Responsibilities you are looking for
Lead project planning and tracking across multiple teams and sub-circles.
Set up clear frameworks for timelines, risks, dependencies, and reporting.
Ensure consistent communication of progress and challenges to stakeholders.
Balance resources across teams and prevent bottlenecks.
Partner with Product Owners and developers, adding structure without overlap.
Support change management and optimize the way projects are run.
Job requirements
What you bring
4+ years managing data platform implementation projects, delivering complex initiatives end-to-end, on time and within scope.
Hands-on experience with project management methods (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, Hybrid approaches).
Expertise in road mapping, setting milestones, allocating resources, and proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
Strong ability to align stakeholders across all project stages through transparent and effective communication.
Proficient in tracking progress (E2E), coordinating RAID logs, forecasting, resourcing, and generating standardized reports.
Experienced with Power BI, Excel, and Microsoft technologies to support decision-making and insights.
Must have’s:
Knowledge of logistics or maritime industries.
Proven track record in project delivery for complex, data-driven initiatives.
Mastery of project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, etc.).
Strong stakeholder management and communication across all levels.
Planning, risk management, and reporting expertise (RAID, forecasting, resourcing).
Nice to have’s:
Technical awareness: Power BI, Excel, and Microsoft stack.
Experience supporting change management and process optimization.

In the first interview, you'll talk to two senior team members. You'll go in-depth about the work you did and how you solved challenges. We also would like to see some of your work and walk through your way of working. If you come to the office, you can meet the team as well.
3. Co-founder interview
In this second interview you will meet with one of the founders to gather with our Delivery Manager in a remote call. You will talk about the work you would like to do, the roles you are looking for and your future ambitions. Obviously, you can ask all your questions.
4. You get an offer
Nice! step 4 means we both made it to the very last stage. Here we already strive to cooperate with each other, and we'll go through the offer.
5. We drink champagne!
We'll invite the whole team on a call to celebrate you signing your contract. With champagne of course!
