About the role

The purpose of this role is to accelerate All Your BI's revenue growth by identifying and engaging with potential clients. You are the linking-pin between marketing and sales.

We’re looking for a real hunter, chasing every opportunity, creating new ones and using LinkedIn to build relationships at scale. In close collaboration with our marketing team, you are responsible for generating a robust pipeline of qualified leads, which lays the groundwork for successful sales conversions.

Responsibilities

  • Create a strong sales pipeline in collaboration with marketing and the consultant's team
  • Manage and create lead-generation campaigns
  • Proactively follow up on all engagement through LinkedIn, email, phone calls, and online demos to qualify potential customers.
  • Identify commercial opportunities and manage our CRM
  • Collect and document prospect feedback and insights.


Our ideal Business Developer profile

  • Currently lives in the Netherlands
  • Excellent command of the English and Dutch language, both spoken and written
  • High energy and positive attitude
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Takes the lead in a conversation but also knows when it’s time to listen
  • Communicates in a clear, goal-oriented way that leaves no room for interpretation
  • Generates new ideas for commercial opportunities
  • Experienced in working with targets and KPIs
  • Takes initiative, multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
