Manage their expectations pro actively at all times. Sometimes it means saying no or challenging them. What matters is leaving people, colleagues or clients, better off than they expected.

We highly value ownership and autonomy; which is why we've chosen a self-managing framework, based on Holacracy. We believe the best work happens when people have the freedom to act and the clarity to know what they own.
Traditional hierarchies can slow things down; our way of working makes us faster, more adaptable, and closer to the impact we create.

Remote life
Work remotely from anywhere in Europe, with the freedom to decide how and where you deliver your best. For those who prefer face-to-face connection, the Rotterdam office is always open. And because great work comes from strong bonds, we invest heavily in community. A dedicated community manager, quarterly all-company gatherings (twice abroad each year), and a steady flow of team moments: drinks, game nights, epic lunches, and The Weekly where we come together to share, celebrate, and have fun.
