Job description

Coffee is for closers only.

So grab your mug and your battle-tested spreadsheets, replace our founder-led approach with a sales-led engine, build your A-team, and close the monster data engagements we’ve been dreaming about.

About us

All Your BI is a fast-growing data agency based in Rotterdam, Netherlands, specializing in end-to-end Business Intelligence. Founded in 2019, we help organizations turn data into a competitive advantage through scalable infrastructure, smart strategy, and performance-driven solutions. Our team partners closely with clients—especially in logistics and container terminals—to deliver BI systems that enable smarter decisions and lasting impact.

What do we offer?

  • A salary between EUR 80,000 - 110,000 per year + profit sharing + pension + 5,000 annual level-up budget + 8% holiday allowance + 25 holidays + 500 home office budget + laptop + team outings + casual drinks + “Hey, well done buddy!” every now and then;

  • Work remotely, at the office, or both. As long as it is within a similar time zone, and you are present at every quarterly company meeting in the Netherlands.

  • Autonomy: use the tools you love the most, try new ones, and build solutions the way you think is best.

  • The space to shape your role: tell us what your dream role looks like, and we’ll help you along the way.

  • An entrepreneurial culture where we focus on business value. Where you have an official say in the strategy of our agency, and where you can pursue your own genius ideas if you see and take action on the opportunity.

  • FUN! It’s all about happiness at work. To us, that means true team spirit, a well-balanced work life, doing work you love, taking any opportunity to have a laugh, and enjoying crazy outings and social get-togethers (if you want to).

Your mission

As Revenue Growth Lead, you’ll own the full BI commercial journey—from hands-on sales execution to strategic leadership. In your first 12 months, you’ll actively close key deals while building a scalable, data-driven sales operation that integrates tightly with marketing and delivery. You’ll develop the structures and insights that expand sales capacity, deepen client relationships, and uncover new growth opportunities. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll shape strategy, build supporting processes, and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities you are looking for

  • Own the commercial strategy in collaboration with leadership.

  • Personally lead and close key deals (new business and strategic accounts).

  • Leverage our Microsoft Data & AI partnership through co-selling and joint go-to-market efforts.

  • Align with Marketing to convert demand into pipeline and revenue.

  • Translate market insights and partner feedback into positioning and pricing strategy.

  • Define ideal customer profiles and prioritize growth segments.

  • Build scalable sales operations: playbooks, CRM structure, forecasting.

  • Drive revenue expansion within existing accounts through upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

You’ll ace this position if you love to:

  • Work in a low-bureaucracy, fast-paced scale-up environment.

  • Work at a place that values and rewards initiative and impact.

  • Build your own team.

  • Influence product strategy, organizational design, and how we work from the ground up.

Job requirements

What you bring

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B Data/Digital Agency commercial roles,

  • Either approx. 3 years experience in a leadership position or High potential for Revenue Growth Leadership position.

  • Proven ability to lead sales efforts hands-on while designing scalable processes.

  • Strong experience in the Microsoft partner ecosystem, particularly in Data & AI.

  • Demonstrated success in growing revenue from existing client bases.

  • Experience in tech, data, or consulting environments (preferably scale-ups or agencies).

  • Familiar with CRM tools and modern sales practices (e.g., Pipe Drive, HubSpot, MEDDIC, Challenger).

Why Now?

You won’t be joining a team, you’ll be building it. This is your chance to influence product strategy, organizational design, and the way we work from the ground up. If you’re excited by complexity, ownership, and the challenge of pioneering in a transitioning organization, we’d love to meet you.
